Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Quantico, Virginia, Phase II is a SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. We operate in three lines of business to contribute to the security of the United States and our allies:

- Free transition mentoring — assisting service members through retirement or separation, at no cost, because it's the mission that founded the company.

The mission behind the name
"Phase II" is the second phase of life after service. We provide free transition mentoring and assistance to service members preparing to retire or ETS — resume and career guidance from people who have made the same transition. If you're getting ready to take off the uniform, reach out. That conversation costs nothing.
